was blog-hopping and i came upon pong's. as i scrolled down her entries and saw the photos she took of the old SAJC, memories flowed back once again. hms, guess the majority is quite attached to the sch after all. been hearing people saying they will miss the old sch. oh well. i will too.

upper and lower cafe where you cant seem to find your friends even when all are in it and you'll just keep talking on your phone "cafe? im in the cafe too. upper or lower? oh i see you now."

the plaza, the place i'll always walk by quickly every morning, turning my head for a sec to see if friends like hong ying and yuzheng are sitting there, waiting patiently for their friends to arrive.

classroom blks, both temp and permanent ones, where we'll always complain bout the temp either being too high or low. fussy people. haha.

street soccer court. the place my class guys love to hang out whenever they have a break, officially or not. reminds me of the soccer match too, where all of them wore their orange jersey and fighting for the winning trophey.

track. all my 2.4s. slacked too much. even needed sistas, esp shirin to keep scolding me to push myself on and yes, i was blessed with a gold. all the pe lessons with desmond ng. great teacher.

field. soccer matches with other jcs. sch soccer team as well as the council team. all the cheering and screaming and jumping ard when a goal is scored.

the library in which i only use to rush my pw. comps will always be fully booked and you must be damn lucky to get yourself a seat. and of cos, queue up patiently to print your docs.

gallery. sigh. one of the most memorable places. orientation. tezion. S A I N T. sitting there. standing up. cheering and cheering. face paints.

reading room. yes. can never forget. mugging days for promos. where your fingers will just freeze and you cant even write properly.

student centre. the best place to take a nap (thou its against the rules) with my eicr. still have that pic in my phone. me, jing and joce. hee. PIG PIG PIG.

last but not least, council room. so cosy. thou it stinks badly and still stinks after we cleaned it. the spoilt sofas. chairs. lockers. paint spills on the floor. sa bears. cabinets. most importantly, the presence of councillors. its like our second home. can even change in there behind the curtains. small, yet cosy house belonging to us.

sav is all so different. good and bad. no more reading room. no more street soccer court. no more upper or lower cafe. but at least, we now have a fantastic rooftop tennis court and newer chairs, tables and most importantly, a new building. no more the rundown one anymore.

new year, new sch. shall see how its gonna be like, squeezing in the miniature cafe with the J1s. now i can finally understand how my senior batch felt bout us the dragon babies. BOOM.

new places to hang out now. no more harbourfront. its toa payoh now. its good that SAV is in a neighbourhood i guess. all the coffeeshops. provisional shops. good area to purchase items. yes. and nice tau huew. ah screw that word. haha.

ytd. came to sch at 9am for welfare item. dearest huis bought mac breakfast for 6 of us. oops. hee. after all the practising and rehearsing was done, log comm headed off to aleandra village to shop for logistics for dry run1. oh my. we were walking back and forth from alexamdra village to anchorpoint. no.2 was eating at the foodmall when i went into anchorpoint the first time. and he didnt call me!! %#*&%^ what kinda bro is this. tsk tsk.

oh! how could i have forgotten last evening? oh my. when i stepped into my house and dumped my bag plus my files plus all the class t-shirts and started to walk up to my living room, i noticed smth. a bat was flying ard in my living room! *screams. the freaking bat is huge i tell ya. esp when it opens its wings and starts flapping them ard the house. eeks! called no.2 and my mom for help. my mom was bathing and my bro could do nth to help. LOL. oh well. thankfully the bat flew down to my main door area and thus, i had the chance to go upstairs. whew.

tried to chase it out by making a daring attempt of unlocking my back gate grill. gosh. unlocked it just in time before the bat flew back. but it didnt fly out! instead, it flew into my kitchen. and mind you, its 6+ at that time and dinner hasnt been cooked! darn. yes! no.2 tried various methods to chase the bat out like throwing coasters at it and crawling on the floor (army style) to get to the other end of the kitchen. LOL. but all it does is either flying back and forth my kitchen or just hang on my kitchen ceiling! eeks! yep. it was ard 8 that we decided to buy packet food home and forsake home cooked food for dinner. -.-"

monday. presentation in the morning. did on sleeping problems, mainly dozing off in class. LOL. anw, i need to engage the audience more. if not people like ian and gen will really doze off.

tuesday. our first ever inter-coucil soccer match. sajc vs rjc. 1-nil. WOO! it was worthwhile getting burnt terribly. and ERM HERM. we, the female councillors from the 28th council are not what you call gu-niangs. we just wanted to cheer for the guys. rushed back home after that and went to catch potter with no.2 at science centre. it was my dad's company thingy. so ya. had a great buffet dinner. loved the choc strawberries. woo.. the screen in the omni theatre was so huge i had a hard time focusing at first. but yup. its great. but damn. it had to rain badly when we came out. so i was like drenched tru-out when i stepped into the house. haha. thankfully no flu bug followed me home.

wednesday. cleared the sc. gosh. you should've been there to see the amt of rubbish and treasure we've found. sooo many stuff that we dont need to buy loads of stuff for orientation anymore. esp water bomb bags. the 29th wont need to get many too. there are like 15000 extra for dry run 2 and the orientations?! LOL.

today. grad nite dry run 2. missed the first one. but yup. im in vip. not that bad. darn! how could i have lost to shaun as prom queen?! haha. stock take logistics for orientation dry run1. sher and lulu were trying real hard to pull out their locker doors. oh my. pei pei to the rescue. LOL. he, trying to show how strong he was, pulled out his locker door too and decided to bring it home. DIAO. even took a pic of it. haha.
