Notification of Release of 2006 GCE A-Level Examination Results

1. The results of the 2006 Singapore-Cambridge GCE Advanced Level Examination will be released on Friday, 2 March 2007.
   
2. School candidates may obtain their result slips from their respective schools from 2.30 pm on 2 March 2007.
   
3. Private candidates will be able to obtain their results through the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board’s website after 2.30 pm on 2 March 2007. They will also be notified of their results by post.

yup yup. my mom woke me up this morn to tell me that. great. what a morning call. =/ i had a nightmare again. my results were ABD. A for math, B for chem and D for econs. D?! its quite a bad grade. in sa, it means my marks range will be like 46-50? ah... crap. this is getting frustrating. more nightmares await me till friday. Judgement day. hoho.

people tell me there's nth to be afraid of, since the results've already been keyed into the system and packed nicely in packages. what's left is only for VP to collect it from SEAB that morn and passing them to us. right... a nice way to put it. haha. but its the anxiety, the worries layering over each other that're making us panicky. i wasnt this worried for Os. why now?

insomnia lately. sleeping later and later. waking up at the same time. oh no. i've nth to do. i feel like an idiot, just waiting for my phone to ring every day. shrugs.

it feels so real. am i gonna run away again?

im borrrreeeddd. 2 days of home sweet home is killing me. ah! i need a job! that whoever at that whatever company, pls schedule my interview soon! ): when most of my friends were jobless, i was working. now that everyone's working, im rotting at home! GROANS.

caught 11 episodes of anime in total. 10 of D.Gray Man and 1 of Death Note. see? this is how bored i can get. im rooted to my computer seat alr. noooo... give me smth to do!

well at least i have smth on tmr. it'll be a meet-the-boyf social gathering in the evening, as jingxiu claims. hm. and i thought it was rach who wanted us to meet davian. ah... ive seen him for so many times alr. so nth new for me! haha. so its seafood dinner tmr! wahahaha. sistas' gathering ytd. and we always lack a person. this time, its elsa. -.- ah... oh well. shir passed us our long overdue xmas present which turns out to be a collage of pictures plus a short msg for us! oh my dear, its so sweet! i'll find a way to hang it somewhere in my room cos there isnt any hole on the border for a nail to go tru! (eh, next time buy one which has can? lol.) so rite now, its resting on my bed. hehe. oh, and i hoped they liked the one i gave them. chopsticks! with a meaning behind it. wahaha.

im done with shopping! so is rach. it was fun shopping ytd. and kinda retarded too. like taking turns to carry 4 A1? sized frames wrapped with brown paper tied tgt, walking up and down far east. hur hur. and we looked like some art student when we carried our own home. hehe. next outing! next week! (note: compulsory for all to turn up. we cant lack 1 person anymore!)

its reunion dinner tonite! yippy! can get to see my cousins! n of cos lil eugene! it'll be a 2-table dinner again. 1 for the "kids" and the other for the adults. rite. how old am i again? lol. its gonna be a late dinner this yr. daryl's booking out late. ah... nvm. at least i'll have more time cleaning up my room. more or less done with my stuff. the rest are all my brothers'. all their stuff. flooding over to my room. hm. 4:17 PM

bout done with shopping. whew! another shopping day with leanne ytd. though our tastes really dont meet at all, we did agree on one particular dress which i bought eventually. (she was the one who spotted n wanted to get it, but unfortunately she cant. =/) now i feel so guilty. ah...

out later with rach to far east (i just went there ytd!) to get her clothes. omg... a week str of pure shopping. retail therapy only works when you are not pressed for time. next time, i should start looking out for pretty clothes like way ahead of the occasion. no last min stuff for me.

a shopping day today. a first with leanne. i conclude we have very different taste. haha. and i still want that fox top. damn, its out of stock everywhere. and i dont think they're coming in anymore. shrugs. we were happily shopping till we lost track of time. oops. late for our appointment. hur hur. but yup. the lady at vodaskin was great. kept the slot for us.

shir n chingtung came after that. and i went to meet rach for more shopping soon after. bugis street is freakin complicated. gosh. n im indeed impressed by the sales person at the shoes shop. excellent memory of shoe code numbers (all she needed was like a split sec to get it. wow.), efficient service plus great attitude. we were troublesome fussy shoppers. "its dirty here." "there's a line over here." hoho.

davian came to join us for dinner. i wonder how he walked from suntec. and its home.

its pay day today! yes yes yes! wahahaha. daddy's birthday is coming this sunday. so i asked whether he wants anything and so, i need to shop for a man's shirt this week. and he's treating us to some western dinner at NUS on the day itself. wahahaha.

met jie and xin aft work. both of them lost some weight, i tell you. see what stress can do to girls? hm. anw, been great catching up with them. i miss u both so so much! its a pity shih ying couldnt make it. next outing shall be on a weekend then.

perhaps love. hur hur. its so unexpected. im a little disappointed how things've turned out now. then again, who am i to interfere and comment? im but a third party, standing at the side of the fence peering through tiny holes made by termites on the wood. you knew what kind of person she is. since the decision has been made, so be it. people do change. but a leopard never changes its spots. how much a change can happen within like, i dont know, a few months? oh well. who am i to say? i never know. you never know. perhaps it already has happened. i hope it did. love prevails?

anyway, to anyone who's interested in knowing when the A level results will be out, i'd like to firstly say that i cant confirm when its gonna be but what i heard from my mom is the first week of march. please stop asking me alr. im not pissed or anything. i just feel its more convenient this way. 11:04 PM

fantastic dinner with joey, sai, fel n simin on friday. its been so long since we last meeted up. sakae sushi buffet. somehow, orders from table 13 kept coming to ours n we got so terrified when the 4th plate of panake was served. (we're bloated like a balloon by then.) we should've taken a pic of our faces then. it was so funny! everyone went "no no! wrong order!" hehe.

loads of catching up. updating each other bout our lives. laughing at how childish we were back then. esp the group names. eg. 4-in-love, SHE etc. bands that were real hot back then. LOL. and on our way home in the cab, i found out joey forgot to pass me my 17th birthday present! uh huh. 1 yr late. LOL. if sai didnt mention to fel bout the price, we wouldnt have known. cant wait for our upcoming movie marathon!

coincidentally, i found out smth. didnt break it to u guys cos i didnt want to spoil the mood. its ok. at least i get a clearer picture now. =/

shopping shopping shopping! cny is coming in a few weeks' time and im still stuck with my old clothes! ah... shopping with my mom is so not fruitful. we have like way different tastes. heaven n earth. thats bout the gap. shrugs. n shopping with her is way under budget! damn. i cant wait for my bloooooooody overdue pay to come in.
