busy busy busy! still trying to adapt to working life right now. feels so much like the start of JC life where the curriculum was more demanding compared to sec sch. oh man! no break at all. not that im not allowed to, (in fact i take quite alot of toilet breaks. hehe.) there's simply no time for me to do so. once i get off my chair, the phone rings. great. haha. oh well. a voice-mail of 2 wont kill rite?

i meet the extremes. from really sweet ones saying "having a great weekend" and understanding parents telling me "ultimately i think i should educate my children bout the misuse of..." to unreasonable mothers refusing to take responsibilty for their child's actions, as well as naggy old people who go on and on bout their cock and bull story. this is customer service. at least part of it. there're still replying emails and calling back. hoho. high paying job comes with a greater workload. haha.

Apple's really stressed out recently. she has to plan her overseas trip which is like next week (crap she's leaving on tues n back only next next tues! im alone stuck with her 300+++ emails to reply! SHIIIIIIT.) which is giving her alot of last min probs as well as feeling the pressure from my boss. =/ wish i can do more to lighten her workload.

oh did i mention my company is a US MNC? there're soooo many Caucasians here. and my boss is damn HOT! ang-moh too. hehe. and apparently they're the friendliest people in the office. most other local colleagues just ignore me. ): only a few give me a smile.

i need to shop for more office wear! smart casual tops actually. as long as they're not tees, they're fine. ah!! where can i find the time?! im barely awake right now, and i'll be out again later. hoho. please dont fall asleep in the theatre later mich. it'll be so embarrassing. haha.

been lunch-ing with rach and her colleagues recently. though Apple was nice to invite me to join her for lunch with her friends, i just feel out of place. apparently im the only temp staff ard and the youngest. the rest are at least 23. see the gap? uh huh. no click at all. so yup. cheers to rach! hehe. n thanks for the pic. it's been a real hectic week since tuesday. interviews and outings. and yes, im employed! yippy! (omg i cannot last another 1 day of absolute boredom, i tell you.) Cheers to celena. hehe. actually i was accepted by 2 companies. But i took up this customer service job at Sybase 365 since i preferred this job scope and the pay was higher. (: hehe.

i simply love my job! my head, Apple. my colleagues. the environment. its perfect. the people there are really nice, and things are so flexible around here. Off with rigid, stuck-in-the-mud rules. Furthermore, i get to learn alot, esp controlling my temper. YES. gosh, some customers are freakin nasty. im only getting paid here, people. not some CEO or PRESIDENT of XXX company. oh ya, another reason. my office is just next to rach's. hehe. lunch partner! and its so near sam's house. can pop by gan-ma's house anytime convenient! 2/5 dinner at fish&co. i miss you all! its a pity not all managed to make it. but its alrite! we made a point to have a dinner every 2nd friday of the mth! ah... i cant wait! some of us really changed alot. i mean appearance. whereas some are still the same. like cranky old lijia. her infamous laughter. friday. was late meeting sam at suntec to get my zen vplus. it was a terrible jam. from AYE all the way. wow. anw, met leow there. still the same old him. man, the convention hall was seriously packed to the brim. had to squeeze like shit to get through. oh yeah, i checked out samsung's K3. its so disappointing! poor sound quality. absolutely poor. so much for its publicity. hur. coincidentally, we met yan on the train to dhoby for our late diner at ajisen. and rotted at the alr-closed kopitiam for zhengyu to arrive. a mn 300. hoho. gory. kinder bueno. im a freakin saddist. if you're into war films, this is for you. if you're in for the effects, saw3's is better. i prefer the "real" thing. ferro roche. hehe.

sat. woke up late. again. 6 and a half of hours of sleep. what else can you expect? met up with rach and elsa and headed to ntu first bef a short lunch and nus lastly. gave smu a miss afterall. still, im sitting on the fence. now no1 asks me to consider smu, as they teach you skills on presentation, which nus and ntu seriously lack. hm. this is bad.

sun. cos my mom was pissed off with me coming home past mn, i had no choice but to miss out part of the movie marathon at joey's house. oh well. at least i could get joey's belated bday cake. haha. a day well spent. movies. food. mahjong. n my extremely belated present.

mon. met up with shir. jeff came soon after. its been a long time since we talked. like serious catching up session going on. aft that, it was movies again with yan n zhongyi. protege. alrite. im abit late to be catching that. better late than never? hur. well, it wasnt up to my expectations. aint as fantastic as what others told me. felt it was more of films pieced up tgt rather than a smooth movie clip. =/

today. music and lyrics. (this really is a movie week.) a cliche romance story. i could guess the ending. love stories. happily ever after. hm. things are so simple huh.

getting my zen v plus soon! chose it over nano since the price is lower and it has a better sound system. PLUS, leow is working at the IT show! hehe. cheapo me. im spending money when im not earning any. oh no!

uni open house this weekend. im squeezing everything into 1 day. hoho. should i give smu a miss? ah... nus? ntu? if i get into ntu, i'll prolly haunt no.2 all day long. (and spy on him n his gf. hehe.) oh oh! he finally is attached! aft so so long. whew. and he refuses to tell me when! damnit. 1:54 AM

the paranoia's gone. friday past. i did.. well? thats what everyone says. my friends were happy for me. my family too. no1 went to hallmark in the midst of working/helping out at the career fair and got me a puppy wearing a graduation hat n slipped a piece of paper by its mouth. hehe.

its weird to see my family getting so cited up when they already know my results. haha. they kept calling and calling. got me all so tensed up. while in the cab, rach said this. "youre so tensed up! look at how u're grabbing your bag." hur hur. i couldnt let go of it.

stayed over at shir's house on thurs. chingtung, weifen, leanne, me, tk, jeff and jacky. 4 girls squeezing on a single bed with jacky sleeping at the bottom and fen at a corner freezing on a bean bag. lol. but it was great. gossips and more gossips. with someone happily listening quietly while "working" on the com. it calmed me down quite a lot. if it wasnt for it, i bet i'd be mourning/fretting at home all night. tossing and turning.

now its the next step. what courses to apply. nus's application will only open tmr. ntu's and smu's are alr open. psychology or business admin? damn. its a tough choice. major in which? ntu nus smu? well, at least the choice of uni can wait for a while. but im not too sure whether they do the same as the JAE system, where they give you the best choice or all the faculties will reply you. hm.

sidetrack a lil. i called kelly up to thank her for giving me my A for econ. and she practically screamed over the phone. hehe. well, if it wasnt for her, i'll be stuck with an E for sure. and thats only being optimistic. vivian tan went overseas for further studies w/o telling us! so yup. i dont know whether she's still using her no. have yet to call william lee. to thank him for his patience, time and effort.

i should be proud of myself rite? fairy godmama did a great job. they arent acceptable. they're good grades.
